Ella Properties is pleased to announce the launch of an $11 million build-to-suit development for global utility provider National Grid.
The firm acquired 132 West Street in Waltham, Massachusetts and signed a long-term lease with National Grid through an affiliated entity, ENS Waltham LLC. In joint venture with NorthStar Project and Real Estate Services, Ella Properties purchased this 2.25-acre site, exceptionally well-located just off I-95 in the heart of Boston’s best suburban corporate market. The partnership will break ground in May on an operations center for the company’s gas division.
